Verdura and Formaggi platters, Caprese salad with Burrata, heirloom tomatoes and basil, chargrilled courgette and chargrilled aubergine

Prosciutto and Salami platter, wild boar salami, Speck smoked prosciutto, Spianata Calabrese and Provolone cheese


Served with Puglian olives, chilli taralli breadsticks, rosemary focaccia and ciabatta bread and Italian extra virgin olive oil

Served suitably rustic style on platters underneath sharing planks sitting on tin cans - each plank serves 6-8 guests

Trofie a la Genovese, French bean, baby potato and basil pesto

"We thought we were in Italy!!

Squisito - Sara is incredible! From the moment we messaged from a sunbed in Sorrento when we had inspiration to have Italian Cuisine at our wedding, Sara has been the most accommodating and helpful caterer we could have asked for! The tasting menu session we had at Sara's beautiful home just confirmed that we had done the right thing by asking Sara to come on board. The food is absolutely fantastic! Everything home made with love. Everyone at our wedding commented on the incredible spread we had! The food not only tastes amazing but also featured as our table decorations! Sara's communication throughout has been amazing, and nothing was too much trouble including the changes we had to make a couple of weeks before the wedding. Sara has honestly been amazing to work with and her knowledge and love for Italian Cuisine came through from the minute we spoke. Sara, you made our version of a loving family meal come to life and we can't thank you enough!

Sposa - Tagliatelle Funghi e Panna, Chestnut and porcini mushrooms in a cream sauce served with fresh egg tagliatelle


Sposo  - Authentic Roman recipe Rigatoni alla Carbonara, made with our own smoked pancetta, local eggs and Pecorino Romano


Slow cooked Fiorentina beef short rib ragu and pappardelle

Crespelle pancakes filled with ricotta, spinach and Grana Padano cheese, topped with grated Grana Padano cheese


Served with grated Grana Padano on top of each sharing platter
 

Insalata

Fennel carpaccio, orange and seasonal leaf salad dressed with a citrus and extra virgin olive oil dressing


Summer salad, seasonal baby salad leaves with a lemon and extra virgin olive oil dressing

Salted Dulce de Leche and vanilla gelato, Raspberry and white chocolate semi freddo, Mango sorbetto

Food for Children

Squisito Tuscan meatballs in a tomato sugo with penne and topped with a little creme fraiche and Grana Padano cheese

If you’re looking for an Italian feast to wow your guests Sara is the caterer for you!


She helped us create our perfect wedding breakfast menu and also reception canapés and evening pizzas! 


Chris and I really wanted Italian family sharing food. We had wonderful antipasti sharing platters and fresh breads, followed by pastas and fresh salad and then delicious gelato.


Sara’s communication is top notch, to feed all our guests with such a same team and the food being perfect is a skill!! 
We would highly recommend her!!

"Absolutely Brilliant

Sara is an absolute pro. So communicative and calm, she made what could have been a complicated process into something so straightforward. From our first tasting we knew we we in safe hands! 

But the food is the main thing, and it was absolutely perfect. To quote one of guests at the wedding who is actually Italian "absolutely top level - you would eat this in Italy".
